The
Basic Recipe
1 1/2 oz. Teqila
1 oz. Lime juice
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Sweet & Sour
Blend or serve on the rocks.
Blackberry Margarita
2 cups blackberries
2 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
3/4 cup white tequila
1/4 cup sugar
Puree blackberries in blender.
Force puree through fine sieve and discard solids.
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1/2 cup puree
add remaining ingredients and shake well.
Strain into glasses.
Catalina Margarita
1 1/4 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Blue Curacao
4 oz. Sweet & Sour
Blend or serve on the rocks.
Coco Margarita
1 1/4 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Sweet & Sour
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple juice
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1/2 oz. Cream of Coconut
In a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into glass over ice.
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Coconut Almond Margarita
1 1/4 oz. Gold Tequila
2 1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
1/2 oz. Cream of Coconut
1/4 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Lime juice
In a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into glass over ice.
Cointreau Sante Fe Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
3/4 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Sweet & Sour
2 oz. Cranberry juice
Blend or serve on the rocks.
Cointreau Strawberry Margarita
1 1/4 oz. Gold Tequila
3/4 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Sweet & Sour
3 oz. frozen Strawberries
Blend.
Garnish: fresh strawberry
Cran-Rita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Sweet & Sour
3 oz. Cranberry juice
Blend. Serve in chilled mug with sugar rim.

1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1 1/2 oz. Lime juice
Blend or serve on the rocks.
Gold Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Sweet & Sour
2 oz. Lime juice
Squeeze of fresh lime
Blend or serve over rocks.
Grand Rita
1 oz. Premium Tequila
3/4 oz. Grand Mariner
1 part fresh lime juice
Sugar (to taste)
In a cocktail shaker, combine ingredients and shake well.
Strain drink into martini glasses.
Honeydew Margaritas
1 honeydew melon
3/4 cup white tequila
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
sugar (to taste)
Remove and discard rind and seeds from melon
cut into 1/2 inch cubes about 3 1/2 cups.
Freeze melon cubes in a plastic bag
for at least 3 hours and up to a week.
Puree frozen honeydew in a blender
with remaining ingredients until smooth.
Lemon-Ginger Margarita
1 1/4 oz. Gold Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Serve over ice.
Garnish: lemon wedge
Margarita Madres
1 1/4 oz. Gold Tequila
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1 1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
1 1/2 oz. Orange juice
1 1/2 oz. Cranberry juice
Blend.
Moonlight Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Lime juice
Squeeze of fresh lime
Blend or serve on the rocks.
Orange Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Orange juice
1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
Blend. Serve in glass with sugar coated rim.
Garnish: Orange wheel
Passion Fruit Margaritas
1 pound fresh passion-fruit
3 cups ice cubes
3/4 cup white tequila
1/4 cup sugar
Halve the passion-fruits and scoop pulp and seeds into blender.
Blend briefly.
Force puree through fine sieve and discard solids.
In a blender, blend 1/2 cup puree and
remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
If fresh pssion fruit isn't available,
substitute 3 cups passion-fruit nectar,
frozen in ice-cube trays,
for the strained fresh passion-fruit puree and,
when ready to blend omit ice cubes.
Peach Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime juice
1/2 cup Peaches ( canned )
Blend.
Perfect Margarita
1 oz. Gold Tequila
3/4 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Lime juice
4 oz. Sweet & Sour
Pour contents over ice and shake.
Strain into martini glass with salted rim.
Garnish: lime wedge and olive
**Beyond Perfection
Make as directed above except add 3/4 oz. Courvosier
and splash of orange juice.
Raspberry Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime juice
1/2 cup Raspberry ( frozen )
Blend.
Garnish: raspberries
Raspberry Orange Margaritas
2 cups Raspberries
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup white tequila
2 tablespoons Sugar
Puree raspberries in blender.
Force puree through a fine sieve and discard solids.
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1/2 cup puree and
remaining ingredients and shake well.
Pour into tall glass over ice.
Seeing Red Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Sweet & Sour
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1 cup fresh pitted sweet cherries
2 tablespoons superfine sugar
2 teaspoons grenadine
Blend.
Sol-A-Rita
1 1/4 oz. Gold Tequila
3/4 oz. Cointreau
1 1/2 oz. Orange juice
2 dashes Grenadine
Serve on the rocks.
Southern Traditional Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
5/8 oz. Southern Comfort
5 oz. Sweet & Sour
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Combine in tall glass with ice. Drop a lime wedge in glass.
Strawberry Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 cup Strawberries ( Frozen or Fresh )
Blend. Serve in chilled glass with sugared rim.
Garnish: fresh strawberry
Top-Shelf Margaritas
2 cups ice cubes
3/4 cup Grand Marnier
3/4 cup premium, aged tequila
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
In a cocktail shaker, combine ingredients and shake well.
Strain into glasses.
Turquoise Margarita
1 1/4 cup Sweet & Sour Mix
3/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup Blue Curacao
1/2 lime, quartered
4 cups ice
Combine all ingredients except ice in blender
until lime is finely minced.
Add ice and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Untamed Margarita
1 oz. Gold Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
2 1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
Float of Blue Curacao
Combine all ingredients, except Blue Curacao, in shaker with ice.
Pour into glass. Add float of Blue Curacao.
Watermelon Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Sweet & Sour
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1/2 cup Frozen seedless watermelon chunks
Blend.
Watermelon and Strawberry Margarita
3 cups frozen chopped seeded Watermelon
1 cup frozen quartered unsweetened Strawberries
7 tablespoons Tequila
7 tablespoons Triple Sec
1/3 cup fresh Lime juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
Pinch of salt
Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Garnish: Watermelon Wedges and/or Strawberry
Snow-Cap Margarita
2 ounces Tequila
1/4 cup cream of coconut
zest of lime
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
